Often I do a writing marathon in November... and also do a practice of putting the 'No' in November. This year I'm doing some thing different. I'm doing a deep-breathe-a-thon ... taking time each November day to breathe and to practice letting go of illusions, control, and the grip of reactivity, writing a poem each day in support of this wonderful cause and tradition.
. . . as an experiment ... not a should but a shift.
